ORDERING INFORMATION - Supply of many items limited. We urge you to order early. Our acceptance of orders is subject to crop conditions and on the condition that this shall be void if injury befall our nursery stock from hail, fire, frost, error in count or other causes beyond our control.
Please write your name, post office, state and zip code plainly.

MINIMUM ORDER - We ask that you make your merchandise order total at least $60.00 for nursery stock. This is due to the cost of packing and shipping. (Minimum order does not apply to tools and supplies.)

DELIVERY COST - Please use the following schedule to compute the amount to add to your order for delivery cost and packing. THIS APPLIES TO PARCEL POST AND UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS) SHIPMENTS ONLY.

On orders between $60.00 - $90.00 - Add 25%
On orders between $90.01- $170.00 - Add 20%
On orders over $170.01 - Add 10%

SHIPPING INFORMATION - The total quantity of order will also be a factor of how order is shipped.

Generally, 4-5’ fruit trees and 3-4’ pecan or persimmon trees can be shipped via UPS or USPS. Tree sizes, one size larger than the above can usually be trimmed enough to meet the size limits for shipping. Anything LARGER THAN THESE SIZES OR LARGE QUANTITIES WILL ONLY BE FOR PICK UP AT THE NURSERY OR SHIPPED VIA MOTOR FREIGHT. A more reasonable Motor Freight rate can be realized if shipment is made to establishments which have regular hours of 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.

WE DO ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECK OR MONEY ORDER AND WE ALSO ACCEPT: MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER

SALES TAX - Add 6.75% sales tax only if you live in Texas.

QUANTITY RATE - In using the 10 rate, it is not necessary to order 10 of one variety. You may want to order ten peach trees and select the varieties you want - the same rule applies to other trees where the 10 or 25 rate is given. DOES NOT APPLY TO BERRIES.

SHIPPING SEASON - Generally, our shipping season starts about December 15 and ends in March.

WARRANTY - All nursery stock is guaranteed to be true as labeled. If any stock proves untrue to label, the seller shall be liable to purchaser for purchase price only. All nursery stock guaranteed to leave our warehouse in good condition. If stock should arrive in unsatisfactory condition, notify Womack Nursery within seven days. Womack Nursery will guarantee plants to leaf out after being planted according to directions, or we will give 1/2 price credit toward purchase on another plant. We request that customers be honest with us in this matter and that we be notified by June 1st in the planting season. The 1/2 price replacement guarantee does not apply to stock sold at volume discount. Please keep in mind that Womack Nursery Co. is not liable for natural plant death such as flood, drought, insect, disease, freeze damage or mechanical injury.
